Randy is extremely professional and capable. Her knowledge of the local market is top notch and her approach is super considerate even under time pressure. She provided a ton of research to start with, and put together a list of comparable houses either on sale or recently sold to help us establish a ballpark fair value. Once we decided to move forward, she communicated in the most efficient fashion with the seller's agent. She gave us valuable suggestions to make our offer more competitive. When our offer was declined she made sure we were on top of the seller's waiting list, and when circumstance changed she took instantaneous action. Of course she won us our beloved house in the end.
